Summary

Our Home Ownership and Service Charge team are part of delivering this, committed to providing our customers with a great service and ensuring our third-party managing agents deliver quality services for our customers.

You will manage the service delivery within our buildings and on our estates that are managed by third parties so that we know that our customers are receiving the quality, value for money and compliant services they deserve.

Providing advice and support to customers, colleagues and third-party agents, you will get the opportunity to foster great working relationships with a wide range of individuals.

A subject matter expert, you will use your knowledge to monitor, investigate and report on safety compliance, service charge demands, formal notices and areas of concern or non-compliance.

You will be playing an integral part in ensuring the delivery of key priorities in the Home Ownership and Service Charge Team Action Plan.



About You

With knowledge of relevant legislation (Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 for example) and previous experience in property management, you will be highly organised and able to provide a high quality regulatory and legally compliant lease management service for our homes and estates.

A great communicator, you will be able to provide high levels of customer service and meet a wide range of customer needs.

You will have or be willing to work towards a CIH qualification or equivalent.
