Summary

Our client, a reputable and well-established environmental consultancy, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to work on a range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects across London and the South East.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and company procedures, while representing a respected organisation that values quality, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys

  
  

• Record and submit accurate data using handheld devices or survey software.

  
  

• Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.

  
  

• Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times.

  
  

• Travel throughout London and the South East (company vehicle provided).

  
  Requirements

  • BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) – essential.

    
    

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in asbestos surveying.

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence.

    
    

  • Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills.

    
    

  • A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
