My client has a well-established nursing home located near Redhill, Surrey, currently going through an exciting refurbishment and modernisation. They are now looking for a motivated and caring Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to join their friendly team and help shape the next chapter of the home’s success.
About the Role:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in leading the day-to-day running of the home. You’ll ensure residents receive the highest quality care, provide strong clinical leadership to the team, and help maintain excellent CQC standards across the service.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, support, and mentor the nursing and care team.
Ensure safe and effective clinical practice in line with CQC standards.
Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits.
Support the Home Manager with regulatory compliance and daily operations.
Promote a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
What My Client Is Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a nursing home.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ideally a driver and based within easy reach of Redhill, Surrey.
