IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Van Driver (Fleet Support Assistant) on behalf of a global organisation that keeps the world connected. Key Duties-
Keep the national fleet in top condition, ensuring vehicles are in the right place at the right time.

Travel to customer sites across the UK.

Monitor usage, safety, and performance using digital tracking tools.

Coordinate vehicle assignments and movements to maintain mobile repair operations.

Work with garages, suppliers, and insurance partners to support servicing and repairs.

Maintain accurate digital records including compliance, insurance, MOT, and maintenance logs.

Drive vans (up to 3.5T) across the UK to assist field teams.
Essential:

Full, clean UK driving licence.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident using MS Office and fleet or asset management tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with teams and suppliers.

Calm under pressure, proactive, and reliable.
Desirable:

Experience in fleet management, logistics, or compliance.

Knowledge of MOT, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.

Background in mobile repair, engineering, or field operations.
