37 hours per week, Permanent Post
£29,173 - £29,462 per annum, inclusive of £2,859 Distant Islands Allowance

The main purpose of this job is to provide clerical and administrative support to the various business units within the Assets section.

The postholder is one of a team where it is expected that all members of the team work closely together offering support to each other and at the same time being willing to cooperate with other members of staff within the department.

The applicant should be proficient in using word processing and spreadsheet software to create a wide variety of letters, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

The applicant must be Educated to MA level 3 or equivalent experience of working in an office environment.

This post is subject to membership of the Disclosure Scotland scheme (Disclosure levels - mygov.scot)

The salary quoted is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of the grade.
