If you love keeping things organised, enjoy helping others, and take pride in your attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are the same! You’ll:Provide administrative support across the Faculty, ensuring students and staff receive outstanding service.Help with enrolments, attendance monitoring, and learner record updates.Support college events, open days, and marketing activities.Maintain accurate student data and timetables using systems such as ProSolution and ProMonitor.Assist with staff recruitment, appraisals, and absence tracking.Process purchase orders and maintain financial records in line with college regulations.Keep everything organised — from stationery and mail to meetings and calendars.Be the friendly first point of contact for colleagues, students, and visitors.About YouYou’ll be someone who:Is highly organised, efficient, and reliableEnjoys working with people and providing great customer serviceHas excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite)Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWorks well both independently and as part of a teamHandles confidential information with professionalism and careExperience in an education environment or using student systems (like ProSolution or ProMonitor) is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide full training for the right person.Why Join Stamford College?At Inspire Education Group, we’re proud of our supportive, collaborative culture where every team member is valued.
