Summary

Industrial Labourers - Maintenance Shutdown

Port Talbot | Temporary | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Industrial Labourers for a maintenance shutdown at a site in Port Talbot. This is a short-term opportunity with long-term prospects for reliable candidates.

Schedule

  • 1 training day (8 hours, time to be confirmed)

  • 6 x 12-hour shifts: 7am - 7pm

  • Start: Friday 28th November (Training Day)

  • Final shift: Friday 5th December

Requirements

  • Experience in an industrial environment is desirable but not essential

  • CCNSG Site Safety Passport desirable or willingness to obtain one

  • Willingness to undergo a substance abuse test

  • Driving licence advantageous but not essential

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Industrial cleaning

  • Manual handling and shovelling heavy material

  • Observing health and safety regulations at all times

  • Reporting incidents or near misses to the relevant parties
