What you'll be doing

Do you want to lead the contract management operation behind one of UK Parliament's essential services?

As Head of Contracts and Cost Management in the Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team, you'll steer strategy, spending, and supplier performance at the heart of the Parliamentary Estate. You'll be overseeing a £30m+ annual budget that covers staffing, third-party maintenance, and capital projects. You'll shape the culture of commercial excellence, setting policy, improving supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with financial and procurement standards. Working closely with procurement and finance colleagues, you'll lead a team to deliver high-performing contracts and a resilient supply chain.

This is a pivotal role in preparing Parliament's estate for future investment by balancing cost, quality, and service to support Members and colleagues across the estate.
