We are expanding our in-house marketing division to build a strong, creative, and data-driven social media presence that connects our products and services to audiences in innovative and impactful ways.


The Opportunity

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of Mora Next Ltd’s digital brand strategy across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, capable of planning campaigns, producing engaging content, and translating brand objectives into measurable online growth.

This is a hands-on, internal role involving content planning, execution, and collaboration with our creative and operational teams.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Mora Next’s business objectives.

Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple divisions — IT, Retail, and Hospitality.

Create and publish high-quality posts, stories, reels, and videos to build engagement and visibility.

Monitor analytics using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Instagram Insights.

Optimize posts through SEO-driven captions, hashtags, and timing analysis.

Plan and manage paid social campaigns including audience segmentation and budget control.

Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and content creators to ensure consistent brand voice.

Track performance data and prepare monthly social media reports highlighting growth and ROI.

Research new trends, tools, and engagement strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.



Requirements

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn management.

Proven ability to create and manage high-engagement content for brand pages.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Suite.

Understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and ad optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to brand tone and visual consistency.

Prior experience handling multi-brand or business social media accounts is an advantage.

Any MBA degree would be an added advantage.
