About the Role
Social Care & Education are currently seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Market Harborough (LE16).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives. You’ll be providing one-to-one support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, promoting independence and supporting them to lead fulfilling lives within their community.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs
• Encourage independence, choice, and participation in daily life
• Support with personal care, medication, and household tasks
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively within the support team
What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
• Previous experience in a supported living or care environment (preferred)
• Confident in providing one-to-one support
• Full UK automatic driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a difference
