As a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator in our Learning and Organisational Development department you will:

Manage the process of programming of learning and organisational development activities to agreed service standards using the provided system

Support internal and external customers in learning and organisational development requirements

Support with the facilitation of leadership development activities across the Service and manage external course nominations and bookings

What makes you our ideal Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator?

4 GCSE passes - Grade A*- C / 9 - 4, including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification (including L2 functional skills), or higher-level relevant qualification

Relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
NVQ level 3 or able to demonstrate a significant level of experience at this equivalent level

Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
