Overview
We are seeking vigilant and professional Door Supervisors to join our security team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
Manage access control, ensuring that only authorised individuals enter restricted areas.
Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency services as required.
Enforce venue policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanour.
Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for management review.
Requirements
Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations calmly and effectively.
A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills are essential.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
