We are now looking for a Global Creative Operations Lead to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Global Creative Operations Lead, you’ll lead our global creative studio, overseeing the commercialisation, scoping, project management, and resource planning of creative delivery across our offices in the UK, MEA, and Europe.
Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, you’ll seamlessly unite creative brilliance with operational precision, taking the weight off our teams and ensuring they can deliver exceptional work for every project so we can achieve our business goals.
Reporting to a Managing Partner and working closely with the Executive Creative Director, you’ll drive operational excellence across all creative work, optimising workflows, maximising resources, and strengthening collaboration across teams and key stakeholders.
At the same time, you’ll refine and uphold efficient processes, manage project intake and timelines, and proactively remove barriers to success, ensuring our creative output is consistently on brief, on budget, and delivered with impact.
About You
To be considered as a Global Creative Operations Lead, you will need:
- At least seven years’ experience in operational or project management roles, studio/resource management, or agency environments
- Experience managing multi-disciplined teams and delivering change projects
- Experience with traffic management and financial management systems
- A strong understanding of creative processes and production
- Familiarity with international operations
- A high level of commercial awareness
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to negotiate, influence, and build effective relationships
- An adaptable approach with the ability to drive organisational growth
