As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial services and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to provide administrative support to our financial services team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial services (desirable), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the financial services team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, financial records, and other documents
- Process client applications, payments, and other financial transactions
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, including data reporting and filing
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- Identify and resolve administrative issues and provide solutions to improve processes
Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in financial services administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial services and products (e.g., investments, insurance, mortgages)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications (e.g., CRM, document management systems)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., Intelliflo, Dynamic Planner)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
