Summary
Neway has as vacancy for a recruitment support officer to join the Fostering Social Work team based with Cardiff Council.
This role is starting on the 24th of November, initially for a 3 month contract that will be extended after review. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Details: This role sits within the fostering team and will support all aspects of foster carer recruitment. Key responsibilities include planning and attending local events, providing information about the different types of fostering available, and following up with potential applicants to discuss their interest. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, be confident representing Foster Wales Cardiff at public events, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in marketing and campaigns is desirable, as the role will focus heavily on outreach, public engagement, and promotional activities.
