Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or residential settings. You will support clients with daily living tasks, promote independence, and ensure their dignity and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Support with meal preparation and feeding
Administer medication as per care plans
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with mobility and physical activities
Maintain accurate records and report concerns to supervisors
Follow health and safety procedures and safeguarding protocols
Qualifications and Skills
No formal qualifications required; training provided
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
