An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a network of four well-established small animal practices, including an RCVS-accredited 24-hour hospital.

This role is perfect for a vet with at least three years of experience who enjoys variety, collaboration, and the chance to work across different clinical environments—each with its own character, caseload, and supportive team.

Across the region, the practices are led by dedicated Branch Partners and Lead Vets, fostering close-knit, passionate teams and a genuine sense of community. The area is renowned for its strong culture of collaboration, where vets and nurses regularly share knowledge and support one another.

The 24-hour hospital is home to an outstanding team of clinicians, and every vet joining the group is paired with a ‘Buddy’, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their time with the practice.

Vets here have diverse clinical interests—from internal medicine and ECC to surgery, orthopaedics, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, and dentistry—creating a fantastic environment for professional growth and learning. All sites are well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, and more, including two VVS stations.
