Customer Service Advisor (Executive)

Basingstoke

Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office & 2 Home Working

8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Can Finish at 2.30pm One Day After Probation)

Customer Service Advisor required for a people focussed and very successful international business manufacturing and service company. This is a busy and diverse role offering hybrid working in a progressive business.

To apply for the Customer Service Advisor role candidates need to have experience in a controller/customer service role. The role will suit those used to spinning a lot of plates in a customer driven environment. The candidate needs to be IT literate and highly organised. Full training will be given.

You will look after customer accounts and this role plays a key part in the customer journey ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and cultivating strong, repeat business relationships. You will be the link to managing rental projects for events such as Formula 1, concerts and exhibitions working closely with partners, internal teams and suppliers.

This is an ideal role for those seeking a busy customer focused role in team-based environment.

The Customer Service Advisor Role in Brief:

· Liaising directly with customers and sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries

· Liaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workload

· Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers

· Liaise with our dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries


The Customer Service Advisor Person Required:

· Strong customer service background

· Confident and professional communicator

· Strong relationship builder as will be looking after their own customer accounts

· IT literate
