We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
As a Cleaning Manager you'll:
- Lead and support the team, ensuring training, development, and adherence to standards in attendance, performance, behaviour, appearance, and quality.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and maintain records including SLA data, stock, and equipment checks.
- Manage and order cleaning supplies and consumables through approved vendors.
- Complete COSHH risk assessments and maintain chemical safety data sheets.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships to support service excellence and enhance company reputation.
- Review and improve operational procedures to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Adjust rotas and schedules to meet staffing and customer needs, covering absences as required.
- Ensure staff conduct equipment checks, follow colour coding and waste disposal procedures.
- Promote Health & Safety compliance, ensuring incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and documented.
- Undertake cleaning duties as part of this working supervisor role.
