Summary
As an IT Helper working in the Windows 11 deployment team, you will assist with the preparation and deployment of IT equipment to staff and students across the University. using associated processes, ensuring that users feel supported and receive an excellent level of customer service.
You will need to engage and work collaboratively with various Service Delivery Teams to ensure a smooth deployment, to achieve the KPI’s of the Windows 11 implementation.
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic candidates, with a good general understanding of technology and excellent organisational and interpersonal/communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to gain understanding and hands-on experience of a significant transformation within IT Service Delivery.
This position is based on-site at the Portsmouth Campus.
This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract (12 months).
