Summary
We are looking for an experienced Debt Caseworker who can help deliver much needed information, advice and casework services. The post is full-time, but consideration will be given to applications for part-time hours or job share arrangements. Please note that the post is only funded until 31st March 2026 initially.
This role will provide specialist help and casework to clients who are referred though our existing Health Justice Partnership and Stratford Upon Avon Foodbank projects.. This rewarding post will offer specialist advice, information and casework, working closely with individuals, families and health providers and you will be a valuable asset within our communities.
You will benefit from being part of our friendly team and will have full access to support, resources and expert supervision. You will work within the aims, policies and principles of our service and to Advice Quality Standard (AQS) requirements.
You will have significant recent experience of debt advice delivery, ideally in an organisation where a commitment to empowerment and high quality is paramount. You will hold the CertMAP qualification, or be able to evidence progress toward an award, and ideally be an approved Debt Relief Order intermediary.
