We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Admin Manager to provide a high level service to the Clinical Service Manager. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and working to deadlines will come into play. This role will suit someone who also has significant experience of managing and supervising a team and has strong organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and ensure that services run effectively and efficiently. You will have a proven track record in management and also working at a senior PA level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· arranging and servicing meetings, co-ordinating day to day diary management for the Clinical Nurse Manager,

· the day-to-day management of a small medical secretaries team, including recruitment, supervision, training and appraisals.

· the production of presentation materials and reports and ensuring that service contacts receive a prompt response to all correspondence and enquiries.

· ensuring that the Clinical Services Manager and general management team are fully briefed on progress of work & action taken on delegated authority.

Overseeing the service KPIs and report to the service and performance progress.

· drafting documentation for signing by Clinical Services Manager and Senior Leadership team. Attend meetings and produce minutes and be proactive in dealing with follow up actions.
