Summary
Consumer Operations Representative (Voice Role)
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire / Hybrid (Home & Office) after 3 months
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join our growing team as a Consumer Operations Representative and play a key role in supporting customers, dealerships, and repairers with their queries and claims.

Your Role:
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and professional communication
- Process claims accurately and efficiently in line with company policies
- Keep customers informed and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver great outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and aligned with values of excellence, integrity, innovation, responsibility, and inclusion
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
Training & Development:
- 4-week classroom-based training (no holidays during this period)
- Ongoing support and clear progression opportunities
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday rotating shifts:
* 08:30-16:45
* 08:45-17:00
* 09:15-17:30 - 1 in 3 Saturdays (currently 1 in 5 on voluntary basis), 09:00-12:30 from home
