Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging, innovative and dynamic Lecturer to teach across our Digital FE provision, on a sessional basis, in the new state-of-the-art Digital Skills Hub in Loughborough.
You will teach and assess across a range of community based Digital courses, employer and training focused professional Digital courses, Skill Boot camps and full-time study programme provision.
The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.
Experience in an appropriate vocational industry setting or background is essential, as is a relevant degree or professional qualification. The ideal candidate will have significant experience teaching; however, we welcome candidates with no teaching experience, who aspire to teach.
You will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines. A knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential, as is a range of technical knowledge and experience in programming, networking, and UX.
