We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team in Petworth, United Kingdom. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dynamic catering environment.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as directed by the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Set up and break down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food service regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Support special events and catering functions as needed
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
