We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner, with a minimum of two years experience to join our team. The current post is located in our North Lynn Centre.
The successful candidate will provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children while they are in our care. In addition, the Early Years Practitioner will need need to use skilled in the moment planning to ensure the environment and activities are carried out based the individual needs of each child, as well as use assessment to identify developmental needs and additional support that may be required to ensure a child reaches its full potential.
Responsibilities:
Provide parents with an update on the child's development and learning.
Build positive relationships which develop partnership working and regular communication and meetings.
Assist with children's learning, development, and socialisation.
Maintain accurate records of the child's development and learning.
