Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to clients based on best practices and evidence-based approaches.
Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies and programs.
Mentor and supervise junior practitioners, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored intervention plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and their families.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in practice-related roles.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the field.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
Experience in leading teams or projects, with effective mentoring skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and maintain positive relationships.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
