Summary
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 32 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Administrator you'll be working within the commercial team at Hinkley team, to support site in all procurement activities including equipment, plant and materials which builds on our existing supply chain and maximises sustainability and best value for a number of work packages on a nuclear licensed site.
Your day to day will include:
-Placement of Purchase Orders with our Supply Chain operating with the delegated authorities and communicating the orders with team members.
-Assisting the team in developing and updating the weekly Plant & Equipment report.
-Develop professional, robust and effective working relationships with Suppliers, Sub Contractors and Service Providers who will provide best value to the project.
-Resolve invoice queries and liaise with other departments to ensure prompt payment of suppliers in line with our payment terms.
-Assisting with staff timesheet and overtime approvals before submission to Payroll.
-General Administration Duties as required for both the Procurement and Commercial function.

-Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the business including external clients and Suppliers.
-Good organisational and administration skills
-Experience of working as part of a team and on your own initiative along with MS Office applications
-IT savvy with experience using ERP systems including COINS and Microsoft applications.
