The Collective Community Trust is responsible for seven primary schools. We are committed to providing high quality services to support the schools within the Trust to achieve the very best for our pupils.
Cams Lane are seeking to appoint two dedicated Teaching Assistants.
They would work collaboratively, in partnership with the school, staff and trust, to reach the best outcomes for ALL the children.
They need to have excellent communication skills with parents, children and staff.
Governors are looking to appoint dedicated members of the Cams Lane support team staff.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who wish make a positive contribution to our wonderful one form entry school.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience of working in KS1 (Y1 & Y2) with the flexibility of working in other classes
- Experience and knowledge of SEND ADHD and ASD strategies
- Experience in supporting class teachers
- Experience of working with groups
- Experience of intervention programs
- Experience of class supervision
- Staff team work ethos are essential
- A desire to be flexibility and proactive
- A real passion for children and supporting their learning
