Summary
Your New Role
We are working with a fantastic client who is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join them on a 6-month assignment and make a real impact.This role is all about supporting the holistic wellbeing of the workforce and ensuring the health and resilience of employees during a period of organisational change.
You Will Be:
- Advising and coaching managers on how to use health support services effectively when making referrals
- Partnering with the ER team to upskill managers and ensure appropriate use of health resources
- Taking a commercial view on wellbeing-related contracts and providing insights to leadership
- Developing and embedding a holistic wellbeing strategy across the organisation during transformation
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience driving wellbeing initiatives and embedding a holistic strategy
- Ability to support managers in making effective health referrals and using support services confidently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
