Cleaner - Hunningham Road Compound (Leamington Spa, CV33 9DR)

McGinley Support Services is looking for a Site Cleaner to join our team at the Hunningham Road Compound (CV33 9DR), supporting cleaning and welfare operations on a major infrastructure project.

This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Cleaner who takes pride in maintaining clean and safe working environments.

Job Details

  • Location: Hunningham Road Compound, CV33 9DR (near Leamington Spa)

  • Rate: £13.43 per hour (PAYE Direct)

  • Overtime: £17.86 per hour (after 10 hours daily)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity

Role Overview - Site Cleaner

As a Construction Site Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, offices, changing areas)

  • Supporting site hygiene and safety standards

  • Carrying out general cleaning duties across the compound

  • Ensuring cleaning supplies are maintained and areas are kept tidy

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card - essential

  • Full UK Driving Licence - essential (site not accessible by public transport)

  • Previous experience as a Cleaner on construction or infrastructure sites
