Summary
Client Hub Specialist
Location: Chevron London, 1 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HA
Rate: £14.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm (cover may be required for 7am–3pm)
Free fruit and drinks are provided on-site.
AnSIA Licence is preferred but not essential at the start of employment (it will be required later).
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and professionalClient Hub Specialist to join our Front of House team at Chevron London.
This role combines concierge, switchboard, and client liaison responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for everyone entering the building.
Provide exceptional front-of-house support, ensuring all clients and visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
Liaise with building security to manage access and egress procedures, including issuing visitor and staff passes.
Conduct weekly building inductions for new staff, covering safety routes, muster points, and emergency procedures.
Manage and restock stationery supplies across all three floors, ensuring daily checks are completed.
Oversee car park bookings and ensure only authorised vehicles occupy Chevron bays.
Draft and distribute building communications to all staff.
Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately.
Assist staff in using the iPass visitor management system.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss building operations and health & safety updates.
Maintain accurate records of all first aid kits and defibrillators, ensuring they are fully stocked.
Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly using online systems.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, both in person and over the phone.
Collaborate with the wider Sodexo team to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.
Stay up to date with all mandatory training and learning modules.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to think on your feet.
A proactive and professional approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks to deadline.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
