Salary: £24,413 - £25,185 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) or £12.65 per hour

About the Role

The Ticket Sales Assistant role is an important role for Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham providing a high level of customer service as a front line staff member and ensure that a patron’s initial contact with the venue is a positive experience. In the role you'll be part of a team answering Box Office calls to process ticket sales and customer enquiries as well monitoring the Box Office email inbox. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a flexible role in a thriving arts and culture organisation.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of working in a sales environment, both in person and by phone.

Knowledge of and experience in good customer service practices.

Sensitivity to a diverse range of patrons/visitors and evidence of responding to their different needs.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a regular working week.
