Summary
A Vacancy at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
Within the Personality Disorder and Complex Needs Multi-Disciplinary Team, we have an exciting post aimed at supporting some of our most complex patients across the trust. We are looking for a confident and experienced professional with a doctorate in clinical/counselling/forensic psychology, or equivalent qualifications in psychotherapy. We are looking for an individual who is highly experienced in working with people with extremely complex presentations. The role will be a mixture of direct clinical work, consultation, training, trust-wide MDT support and service development. You will be involved in shaping and delivering services to those with Personality Disorder and Complex Needs across the trust, and will hold some responsibility for the clinical supervision and line management of other members of the team, working closely with the service leads.
Our team and this role are part of the Personality Disorder and Complex Needs Pathway as part of the current and ongoing part community services transformation in line with the NHS Long-Term Plan. This means your role could evolve in terms of taking more of a managerial and strategic direction, alongside the clinical aspects of the role.
We will consider applications from experienced 8a clinicians who may be interested in developing their role.
