Are you passionate about helping others? Join our friendly Supported Living team in Nottingham South. We offer support to individuals with complex needs in the community and in supported living settings, who may require support with personal care and may also display challenging behaviour.


What You’ll Do:
• Support with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning & personal care
• Help people access the community, appointments & leisure activities
• Promote independence, dignity & wellbeing
• Handle challenging behaviours with empathy & resilience

About the Service:
You’ll support 3 individuals with complex needs in Carlton, providing 24/7 care in a safe, person-centred environment.


✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Full flexibility to follow a 24/7 project rota.
• Caring, adaptable and resilient. Willing to do personal care.
• Experience with challenging behaviours is desirable but not essential, as you will be given full training!
• Full UK driving licence required


⏰ Shifts & Pay:
• Shifts are between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
• Includes weekends & bank holidays
• Extra pay for sleep-ins & waking nights
