The role:

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated candidate who will play a vital role in supporting the pastoral team in the day to day running of the systems that provide care and support for student welfare, safety and pastoral support including punctuality, attendance, behaviour, and progress and to have an oversight of the progress and achievement of students.

You will be the first point of contact for parents & carers, being responsible for and dealing with any issues when appropriate, liaising with staff and outside agencies as required and working closely with the Inclusion Manager.

The person:

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students and be able to communicate effectively with students.
