Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator for our client based in East Kilbride.
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business within the life safety systems sector. The Administrator will support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy service team, ensuring excellent communication with clients and efficient coordination of tasks. The role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their administrative career.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising and scheduling reactive maintenance jobs and service appointments.
Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries, delivering a high level of service.
Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and external client portals.
Uploading documentation to client platforms in line with compliance requirements.
Preparing and distributing service reports, quotations, and other supporting documents.
Ensuring all relevant purchase orders and invoicing details are processed promptly.
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic service environment.
Carrying out a range of general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Confident IT user, particularly with Microsoft Office and online platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a busy workload.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to business success.
Offering:

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5.00pm, Friday 8.30am–3.30pm
