Summary
The Horsell Village After School Club requires a new Play worker to join the current team of staff who care for our children aged between 4-11 years. We are looking for individuals who are friendly and enthusiastic and enjoy working with young people, ideally with a past experience of working with children. A childcare qualification is preferred but we will consider any other relevant experience.
As a play worker you will be expected to organise and plan play areas and activities, help to prepare a light tea and to encourage independence and fairness.
The Horsell Village After School Club is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. You will be expected to undertake a DBS check and attend relevant safeguarding training.
