Summary

Exciting Opportunity to Make a Difference as a Team Leader at Seahaven in Kent!
We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

As a Team Leader you will:
Provide high quality, personalised support in line with support plans
Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters
Lead by example and lead shifts when required
Assist with rota management where required
Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support

Seahaven is a Residential home, set in a stunning location with breath taking seafront views. Set within this serene and captivating backdrop, our residential home is dedicated to providing support for adults with learning disabilities and complex sensory and behavioural needs. Our mission is to support these individuals, guiding them on a journey towards independent living.

Qualifications:
Proven supervisory experience in a supported living environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Proficient in developing and implementing care plans
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff
Valid driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management and documentation
