Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that focus on play-based learning.
Support early literacy and numeracy development in young learners.
Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCO to support children with additional needs.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children’s progress.
Engage in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for Early Years education.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and phonics schemes.
A patient, nurturing, and creative approach to teaching.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
