Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Location: Croydon, London

Rate of Pay: Day £13.85/h; Night 14.72/h

Shifts: Alternate Weekends / Nights / Days

Contract Type: 24-36 hours per week

About the Role

You'll be working as part of a dedicated team, providing comprehensive care for a client living with Motor Neuron Disease. Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of clinical needs, ensuring our client receives the highest standard of personalized care.

Your duties will include:

  • Tracheostomy care (essential experience required)
  • Complex Manual Handling
  • Suctioning and Cough Assist
  • PEG feeding
  • Ventilator and Nebulizer management
  • Supporting non-verbal communication via eye-gaze tech..

You'll receive full training and undertake shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and well prepared.

Key Requirements

  • Flexibility
  • Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Up-to-date CV with full work history
