Are you a passionate Agile leader with a talent for driving high-performing teams and delivering outstanding digital products? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and customer value are at the heart of everything you do?

If so, we want you on our team!

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind Agile best practices, removing blockers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery.

We have a number of exciting opportunities across multiple teams, each playing a crucial role in shaping the future of digital services at DWP:

  • Data and Analytics - work on transformation projects, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and support the successful implementation of DWP’s Data Strategy. This role involves working collaboratively with digital and data specialists to design modern IT architecture and develop future data products that maximise the value of our data, ensuring it is used securely and at pace to support millions of claimants through user-friendly digital services.
  • Cyber Security Team - driving security initiatives focused on Microsoft Sentinel. You'll manage both project delivery and BAU operations, ensuring Sentinel is optimised and secure. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape outcomes, lead agile ways of working and events, ensuring frequent value delivery. You'll work within a SOC environment, promoting security awareness and leveraging Microsoft tooling. Strong SDLC knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps or Jira is desirable, along with an analytical mindset and customer-focused approach.

We are seeking to transform the way some of our most vulnerable users get the support they need. Working alongside policy, strategy, service delivery and cross-government digital areas we are designing the health and disability services of the future looking to how we can make improvements and release value early and regularly while we aim towards a future vision of joined up services which meet user needs and align with departmental strategy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agile Delivery Manager who will be comfortable working alongside the Product Manager and with technical and data professionals, covering a wide breadth of activity which focuses on creating services focused on improving citizen experience.

You’ll join a thriving community of practice, where you'll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of other talented, expert Agile Delivery Managers.

We’re looking for a candidate that will:

  • Champion Agile Delivery – Lead teams using Agile frameworks, ensuring efficiency and value driven outcomes.
  • Drive High Performance – Motivate and mentor teams to work collaboratively, optimising workflows and maximising productivity.
  • Remove Barriers – Identify and eliminate impediments, keeping teams focused and moving forward.
  • Engage Stakeholders – Build strong relationships with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to align goals and expectations.
  • Ensure Quality and Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration to enhance ways of working.
