Summary
Fixed Term contract until 31.03.26
The role:
You will be required to process applications for Free School Meals, Disabled Persons Parking Badges (Blue Badges) and Concessionary Travel passes.
The Benefits Team continues to be high profile and provides vital support to our residents and this role is key in delivering an efficient and timely applications process.
Requirements:
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in with the progress of applications to the respective schemes.
You will be confident using a range of IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
Whilst experience/knowledge of the schemes would be an advantage, full training will be given.
