Job Summary for a Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced, reliable and organised administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales office functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. The Office Worker will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with general office duties to support our team’s efficiency.
Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Invoicing and shipping goods worldwide
Periodically serving shop customers with high-end jackets or steering wheels
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
Sustain rapport with key accounts
Supporting other administrative tasks to facilitate office operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales administrative or clerical role is required
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Various software packages: Google, Xero and Klaviyo would be an advantage although training will be provided.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 with 30 min lunch, Friday 08:30 to 14:00.

Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK
Full clean UK driving licence.
Candidates must live within commuting distance of our Weyhill, Andover Office.
