We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Engineer to deliver high-quality plumbing and building services maintenance across client sites.
You will play an important role in helping ISS achieve its vision of becoming the world’s greatest service organisation through outstanding service performance and technical excellence.
Job Description
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems.
Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across multiple sites.
Work in full compliance with Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to ISS technical standards and policies.
Collaborate with operational teams and customers to deliver a world-class building services experience.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
Uphold ISS values by ensuring a professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach at all times.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating qualification (or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in mechanical building services maintenance, including fault finding, repair, and installation.
Proven background delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance.
Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) or commercial property environments.
Competence in managing high-risk mechanical works, with full understanding of H&S protocols.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
