Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Mobile Specialist Cleaner to carry out one-off, deep, and specialist cleaning tasks across a variety of client sites. This is a mobile role, and you must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling between different locations as required.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services in line with company standards, ensuring excellent presentation and client satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out one-off and deep cleans at commercial and, including offices, retail spaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and construction sites (after-build cleans).

Perform specialist cleaning tasks such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor scrubbing and buffing, high-level dusting, kitchen deep cleans, and washroom sanitation.

Follow site-specific cleaning specifications and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., scrubber dryers, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, pressure washers).
Handle and dilute cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
Conduct end-of-tenancy and builders’ cleans to ensure properties are ready for handover.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning work completed, time on site, and any issues or maintenance needs.
Represent the company professionally while on client sites, maintaining a clean and tidy uniform and vehicle.
Report any site damage, hazards, or health and safety concerns to your line manager immediately.

Essential Skills and Requirements
Previous professional cleaning experience (ideally in mobile, deep, or specialist cleaning).
Full UK driving licence (company vehicle and fuel card provided).
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
Flexibility to work at various sites and occasionally outside standard hours if required.
Understanding of COSHH, manual handling, and basic health and safety practices.
