Summary
Extrusion Operative – Rotating Shifts, Full-Time Role Available
Anglian Home Improvements is one of the UK’s leading window and door manufacturers. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for Extrusion Operative to join our busy production team.
This is a rotating shift position, ideal for candidates with experience in extrusion, machine operation, or manufacturing who are looking for long-term stability and career growth.
What You’ll Do
• Operate and monitor extrusion machines that produce plastic window profiles
• Perform regular quality checks to meet product standards
• Pack finished products and complete basic production records
• Follow daily production plans and meet output targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in extrusion, machine operation, or factory work
• Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
• Reliable and flexible with rotating shifts
Rotating Shift Pattern
This role operates on a weekly rotating shift between:
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7am - 7pm
• Night Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 7pm - 7am and Thursday, 7pm - 11pm
You must be available to work both shifts on rotation.
