Summary

Receptionist/Café Assistant – The Self Centre - Hourly rate between £10.00 to £12.21
In this role you will combine working on reception, meeting and greeting members to the site and café duties. This is a highly varied and customer focused role where excellent customer service is most important!
4 hours per week
Rota
Saturday 13:00-17:00 (Key holder and lone working)

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors to our facilities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Checking in members/customers to classes
• Answering general enquiries
• Preparing and serving food and drink (hot and cold)
• Assisting with general housekeeping
Requirements:
• Genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
• Flexible approach to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
• Good organisational skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and cleanliness.
• Interest in holistic therapies and health and wellbeing is desirable
