What skills and experience we're looking for
• Champion high-quality teaching and lead our Professional Growth Cycle, providing low-stakes feedback, lesson visits, expert practice, and CPD.
• Lead Teacher Development Time – an additional 45 minutes weekly for teachers to refine their craft.
• Be engaged in educational research and passionate about discussing best practice.
• Ideally, have experience implementing Pedtech across a school.
• Contribute to strategic leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance.
• Have a teaching commitment, which will be tailored to the candidate’s experience and discussed openly during the recruitment process.
• Benefit from adequate time and support to lead their strategic area effectively.
