What skills and experience we're looking for
The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Estates Administrative Assistantto work as part of our central estates team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Estates function, ensuring the effective delivery of property management, compliance, health and safety, procurement, and sustainability services across the trust. This role acts as a key link between the Estates team, site managers, contractors, and other internal departments, enabling clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of tasks. The postholder will play a vital role in maintaining statutory compliance, supporting safe working practices, and assisting with procurement admin to achieve best value and service standards.
Potential applicants should have:
• A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment
• The Ability to work independently and as part of a team within established procedures.
